Payment, shipping and Delivery Policy 9.7.2020
A customer must accept this policy when placing an order at the checkout.

Payment Provider – Finland: Checkout Finland
When ordering to Finland you can pay with the following local payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and bank cards.
Payment Provider – EU and abroad: Stripe
After you have placed an order successfully you will receive a confirmation email including:
- order number
- products you have ordered
- Total cost
- Shipping fee
All products in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. The normal lead time is 1-3 working days after receiving the order.
Any exceptions will be notified on our front page.
Shipping and delivery methods and fees
When you order in Finland you can choose either parcel locker, post office as your pick up point. Cost 5,50€. The package will arrive at the chosen pick up point in 1-2 working days after ou have received the delivery confirmation.
It’s also possible to pick-up your order from our store. Cost 0€.
All consumer orders over 70 € will get free shipping.
For B2B customers the minimum order value for free shipping is 700 €, VAT 0%.
Your have a 14 days right to return your order free of charge inside Finland. If you return from abroad the shipping will be charged. The right to return applies only if the products are unused and unopened.

Errors, inaccuracies, omissions
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, or if you have received a product that you did not order please email us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org or call +358402545060.
If any errors exist, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order.
If a product has been damaged during transit please inform us so we can replace the product.
Products and pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. If there’s a clear error on pricing, we reserve the right to charge the correct price.
All the consumer prices are displayed including VAT. Retailer prices are displayed without VAT.
If you have received your order at a pick-up point, you have to collect it in time. The uncollected parcel is not a valid return. If you leave your parcel uncollected you will be liable to pay all the shipping fees and an additional handling fee of 15 euros. The remaining amount will be paid back to your bank account.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws concerning Kyrö Living Oy, based in Finland.
