Rose & Oat Facial Toner

Rose-Oat Facial Toner is a moisturizing and soothing toner for all skin types. It refreshes and revitalizes the skin while evening out the skin tone.

Organic rose water normalizes the skin's pH, hydrates, nourishes, soothes, and brightens the skin. The antibacterial rose water is wonderful for all skin types, especially for couperose-prone, dry, and aging skin.

Oat extract binds moisture to the skin, soothes the skin, and helps prevent redness. Oat probiotics maintain and increase the presence of beneficial bacteria on the skin, supporting its normal function.

Hyaluronic acid attracts water to itself. It smooths fine lines, reduces skin flaking, and supports the skin's normal function.

Use: Spray the facial toner onto clean skin and gently press it into the face with clean hands. If desired, you can repeat this for double hydration. The toner does not need to be wiped off. After applying the toner, follow with an oil serum, facial oil, or cream on damp skin.
