Our operations are guided by strong values

Domestic berry oils and oat oil play a key role in the ingredients of our cosmetics. These berries and oats grow under the magical Midnight Sun of the North, packing themselves with vitamins, trace elements, and antioxidants. We are committed to supporting the vitality of the Finnish countryside and its livelihoods. We also collaborate with local businesses—our beeswax, for example, comes from a local honey producer. Whenever possible, we use Finnish raw materials. 
Our products have been awarded the Key Flag Symbol, which means that all our products are made in Finland. It is also important to us to create employment in our local community.

Natural

All the oils and fats we use in our cosmetics are cold-pressed and unrefined, preserving their natural, skin-nourishing properties. All our ingredients are sourced from nature. We don’t use any industrial preservatives, additives, fragrances, or colorants. All natural!

Honest

People from Ostrobothnia are known for being straightforward and true to their word. If we promise something, we deliver. Honest INCI listings are important to us, too! We aim to keep our ingredient lists short and easy to understand. That’s why you’ll always find a Finnish translation of the ingredients on our packaging. For us, less is more — we believe a cream doesn’t need every possible oil, as long as you know which ones to use and keep the ingredients high-quality.

Ecological

Ecological values and recyclability are key factors when we design the packaging and materials for our products. All our creams are packed in recyclable aluminum tins or glass jars. We also use recycled cardboard in our packaging. We aim to source our ingredients in large batches, delivered on pallets, without unnecessary plastic wrapping. Using high-quality domestic ingredients is also an act of ecological and responsible thinking — shorter transport distances mean lower emissions.
